Three protection layers.

Each layer protects against a different threat. We state exactly what each one does and does not cover, with no false claims.

LAYER 1
SSE-S3
Server-managed keys, on by default. Every object is encrypted at rest with zero configuration.

You send your AES-256 key with each request. We encrypt, decrypt, and discard the key immediately, so it is never stored.
